Construction Projects

Zimmer Biomet

In 2019 Dalad Construction completed an 18,000 square foot regional office buildout for the rapidly expanding medical device company Zimmer Biomet. The project also included a product showroom, a testing laboratory, and a new fitness center for the office complex.

Foundry Partners

Completed in 2018, Foundry Partners hired Dalad Construction to buildout their new 8,500 Sq. Ft. Cleveland office space in the Skylight Office Tower at Tower City Center. Architect: Process Creative Studios.

NELSON (KA Architecture)

Completed in 2015, Dalad Construction had the opportunity to work with KA Architects and buildout their new office space in Seven Hills, OH; now the Cleveland office for NELSON design firm after their 2018 merger.

The Creswell

In 2015, Dalad Construction served as the general contractor for the $18 million redevelopment of this historic property located in the heart of Cleveland’s Playhouse Square theater district. The Creswell has 80 luxury apartments with common amenities and a ground floor restaurant space.

ESC – Northeast Ohio

In 2011 The Dalad Group utilized its full breadth of services in acquiring and repositioning this property for the Education Service Center of Northeast Ohio, and today provides ongoing building management, construction and leasing services for the organization.

Heritage Corporate Center

After its original construction by Dalad in 2003, Dalad Construction has continuously performed the interior buildout of office suites and common areas throughout this premier northeast Ohio office property.
