Mr. Tomajko has worked with the Dalad Group in the construction division of the firm for over thirty-five years. Mr. Tomajko is primarily responsible for project management of all tenant improvement projects occurring within the Dalad Group portfolio of properties, as well as Dalad's development projects and third party projects with our various partners. His capacity typically includes job cost estimating, coordination of architectural and engineering services, municipal permits, field management of the construction team and delivery of the premises to the tenant.
