In his role as General Counsel at Dalad, Dan handles a variety of real estate and corporate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, risk management, litigation management, asset management, corporate governance, employment matters, and operations. Dan works closely with senior management to provide guidance on various legal and business issues. Dan has been practicing law since 2000 as in-house counsel for real estate developers and in private practice with large law firms. Dan credits his practical approach to problem-solving to his in-house work which has allowed him to gain valuable insight about running a successful business. Dan attended Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, The Ohio State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
